Acquire and devote funding/incentives to support worthy research projects for recycled feedstock conversions and new uses of recycled materials.
Package, disseminate and publicize case studies and technical information on relevant applications for using recycled commodities.
Monitor and research proven uses of recycled materials and encourage businesses to implement or adopt such application(s).
Coordinate with public agencies to secure regulatory approvals, recycled procurement policies, etc.
Assist recycled manufacturers with strategic and/or market planning activities.
Determine a prioritized list of targeted companies that could convert to recycled feedstocks.**
