Encourage target businesses to utilize a recycled feedstock. For example, use recycled crushed aggregate as construction fill, or recycled crushed glass as a sandblasting media. Governments can encourage building contractors to use quality salvaged materials, or encourage a plastic manufacturer to evaluate using a small percentage of recycled plastic feedstock.
