Talent Acquisition Compliance Summit

Learn Strategies for Managing Talent Acquisition Compliance Requirements and Risks

EEAC’s Talent Acquisition Compliance Summit brings together recruiters, talent acquisition managers, compliance practitioners, and in-house employment counsel to discuss practical strategies for managing talent acquisition compliance requirements and risks.

The summit covers the latest legal and regulatory compliance requirements affecting recruitment and selection, and provides a forum for attendees to network and discuss effective, real-world strategies for meeting today’s talent acquisition compliance challenges.

This year’s summit will feature sessions on:

  • Developing automated prescreening filters to screen out jobseekers who aren’t basically qualified or interested
  • Using candidate relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms to minimize burden and risk
  • Designing an effective menu of ATS dispositions
  • Finding the right balance between pursuing diversity and preventing discrimination
  • Staying on top of evolving state and local requirements affecting talent acquisition practices
  • Understanding the important role job descriptions play in determining and prescreening for basic qualifications
  • Conducting step analyses for statistical selection disparities
  • And more
