Member Roundtable: The EEOC’s Proposal to Rescind EEO-1 Reporting Requirements


The EEOC has asked the White House Office of Management and Budget to approve a proposal that would rescind EEO-1 reporting requirements for covered employers.

Although the draft proposal is not yet public, this members-only roundtable will examine possible paths the agency may take, and the key issues employers should be watching now.
