A confidential, in-person discussion for CWC members
This members-only, in-person roundtable is built for real conversation about what employers are dealing with right now. It’s a full day of practical discussion focused on workplace rules, enforcement activity, and policy changes that are affecting real decisions employers are making every day. The format is discussion-driven, with time set aside for open conversation, comparison of approaches, and candid discussion among peers.
The discussion will focus on what has changed over the first 18 months of the second Trump Administration and how employers are responding in practice. Topics will include experience under Executive Order 14173, reactions to the President’s March 26, 2026 Executive Order addressing DEI discrimination by federal contractors, and how organizations are adjusting to more aggressive EEOC enforcement of core workplace civil rights laws. If issued by then, the discussion will also include what OFCCP’s new disability and veteran affirmative action regulations may mean in practice.
Throughout the day, participants will also discuss other recent regulatory, policy, and enforcement developments and have the opportunity to pressure-test decisions in a confidential, off-the-record setting.
