The EEOC has rescinded its 2024 Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace.

This session will review what the rescission means for current compliance practices, including how organizations should think about policy updates, training programs, and enforcement expectations.

We’ll also discuss what questions employers should be prepared to address as the Commission reassesses its broader policy direction.
