Evolving expectations for EEO and civil rights compliance, including the legal and business risks associated with DEI-related initiatives
The status of the EEOC’s proposal to rescind the EEO-1 reporting requirement and implications for future reporting obligations

OFCCP’s current status and role in auditing and enforcing federal contractor compliance requirements
Increasingly aggressive enforcement of workplace immigration requirements and the resulting compliance risks for employers
Recent state and local compliance and reporting developments affecting multi-state employers
