As workplace compliance requirements continue to evolve, understanding how they fit together and how new developments affect existing responsibilities can be a challenge. This course brings the full range of workplace compliance obligations into a single, structured program, helping participants develop a more complete understanding of the requirements they manage and apply them more effectively in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Course structure

This classroom training is held at our DC offices over the course of a week. Participants will attend sessions with our facilitators from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Thursday. On Friday, the course will conclude around 1:00 p.m. ET.

Required Resources

Laptops or tablets are necessary to access program content on our Learning Management System.

Certification

Many CWC courses have met HR Certification Institute’s^® (HRCI^®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval. CWC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP^® or SHRM-SCP^® recertification activities.
