Course structure

This course is offered in Microsoft Teams virtual sessions in a single week. Participants will attend live web sessions with the facilitators, generally at 10:00 a.m. ET and 1:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Web sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long. Self-paced modules offered through CWC’s learning system may supplement the live web sessions. Participants’ daily time commitment (which includes the live web sessions and self-paced modules and activities) is about 3 to 4 hours a day.

Certification

Many CWC courses have met HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval. CWC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
