Designed for employer representatives responsible for monitoring and evaluating compensation and pay equity practices, this week-long course covers key legal and statistical concepts critical to conducting an effective self-critical compensation analysis and explains how these concepts are applied in a real-world environment.

Through a combination of daily web sessions and peer group activities to reinforce key skills, this program provides proven strategies for identifying and mitigating pay equity and pay discrimination risks.

Course structure

This course is offered in Microsoft Teams virtual sessions in a single week. Participants will attend live web sessions with the facilitators, generally at 11:00 a.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Thursday. Web sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long. Participants’ daily time commitment (which includes the live web sessions and activities) is about 2 to 3 hours a day.

Certification
