Conference overview

Our annual Workplace Compliance Conference explores practical strategies and tactics for managing effective compliance, risk management, and equal employment opportunity initiatives.

Discover and strategize with peers about the innovative ways that leading employers are approaching their compliance and nondiscrimination programs. Employers across the country are navigating a fast-evolving landscape of federal labor and employment policy. From regulatory shifts to new enforcement priorities following President Trump’s January 21, 2025, Executive Order 14173—Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity—these changes are reshaping how organizations approach workplace compliance, diversity, and risk management.
