As a follow up to our policy alert sent last week regarding a delay in the opening of the 2018 EEO-1 filing season stemming from the partial government shutdown, the EEOC announced this morning that the 2018 EEO-1 filing season is scheduled to begin in March with reports due by May 31, 2019.
