OFCCP Posts CSAL Flagging 2000 Entities for Compliance Audits

November 21, 2024

What's New

OFCCP’s latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) puts some 2,000 federal contractor entities on notice that they’ve been flagged for an upcoming compliance audit. According to the newly posted FY 2025 CSAL Supply & Service Scheduling List, Release – 1 and updated methodology for developing the CSAL indicates that OFCCP prioritized the establishments with the highest headcount in each OFCCP district, based on the 2022 Employer Information (EEO-1) Reports.

What It Means

Establishments flagged on OFCCP’s latest CSAL can anticipate receiving a scheduling letter sometime in the weeks and months ahead.

What You Should Do

Any establishment flagged on the new CSAL should keep in mind that OFCCP no longer honors a 45-day grace period between publishing the CSAL and sending a formal scheduling letter. Thus, a flagged establishment could receive a scheduling letter at any time.
