This week, President Trump nominated M. Carter Crow to serve as the next General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Crow is currently Global Head of Employment and Labor at Norton Rose Fulbright, a large international law firm. Crow has a wide range of experience representing employers, with a focus on employment litigation and class actions, especially in wage and hour matters. Previously, he served as Parter-in-Charge of the firm’s Houston office and as President of the Houston Bar Association.
Crow has an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
