October 8, 2025

What's New

On October 7, 2025, the U.S. Senate voted to confirm more than 100 additional Trump Administration nominees to key roles, including:

  • Brittany Panuccio (EEOC Commissioner)
  • Jonathan Berry (Solicitor of Labor)
  • Wayne Palmer (Assistant Secretary of Labor, MSHA)
  • Julie Hocker (Assistant Secretary of Labor, ODEP)
  • David Keeling (Assistant Secretary of Labor, OSHA)
  • Andrew Rogers (Administrator, WHD)
  • Jonathan Snare (OSHRC Commissioner)

What It Means

With Brittany Panuccio’s confirmation, the EEOC will have a quorum for the first time during the Trump Administration, enabling new policy and enforcement priorities. Similarly, the Labor Department’s new senior leadership will empower DOL agencies to more effectively advance the President’s agenda with regulatory and enforcement efforts once the government shutdown ends.
