Acting Director Hodge spotlighted OFCCP’s recent focus on construction contractors, including the agency’s plans to reinstate Form CC-257 and increased audit activity on Mega Construction Projects. She reaffirmed OFCCP’s commitment to transparency in compliance evaluations.

The Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Administrator, Jessica Looman, described the agency’s new independent contractor regulations and PUMP Act guidance as well as the agency’s enforcement focus on child labor.
