The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has posted a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List notifying 500 supply-and-service federal contractor establishments that it has flagged them for an upcoming compliance evaluation.
The FY 2024 CSAL Supply & Service Scheduling List, Release – 1 and updated FAQs show that OFCCP has identified 440 establishments for standard compliance reviews, 30 establishments for Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE) reviews, 24 entities for Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) reviews, and 6 institutions of higher education for reviews.
OFCCP’s methodology indicates that for each region, the agency selected five CMCE reviews, four FAAP units, two financial institutions, and one institution of higher education. OFCCP also targeted establishments whose EEO-1 reports indicated high employee headcounts.
