CWC’s 2026 Workplace Policy Conference

March 24, 2026

What's New

CWC convened its 2026 Workplace Policy Conference on March 18-19, 2026, bringing members together virtually for a practical look at fast-moving workplace policy and enforcement trends.

Key sessions featured remarks from EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas and DOL Wage and Hour Administrator Andrew Rogers on their agencies’ 2026 priorities. Participants also heard from California Civil Rights Department attorney Amy Cu on evolving pay data reporting requirements.

Additional sessions explored DOJ’s emerging False Claims Act theories under Executive Order 14173, global compliance developments, workplace immigration issues, AI in HR, and federal court decisions shaping employer risk. The program also highlighted how members can use CWC’s expanded Data Center datasets to spot trends and benchmark practices.

What It Means

The conference delivered what members value most: direct access to agency regulators, practical compliance insight, and peer exchange on how employers are responding in real time. Open Forum sessions added candid Q&A and opportunities for benchmarking with peers. The program also spotlighted CWC’s Data Center, including a preview of new VETS-4212 and EEO-1 benchmarking datasets.
