New CWC Resource Covers International Pay Transparency and Reporting

July 23, 2025

What's New

CWC has created a new resource tracking International Pay Transparency and Reporting requirements. The looming 2026 implementation of the European Union’s Pay Transparency Directive has brought international attention to employers’ pay-related compliance responsibilities in the various countries where they conduct business. Both pay gap reporting and job pay transparency requirements vary from country to country. This is true not only in the European Union, but also globally.

What It Means

This resource will help CWC members navigate the different requirements in countries where they have an employment presence. It will detail pay gap reporting and job pay transparency requirements, thresholds to application, and important reporting dates.

What You Should Do

Check out the new resource and start preparing for the 2026 EU Pay Transparency Directive deadline. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
