Our CIA “micro-learning” series offers brief, interactive courses to help employees understand their workplace compliance responsibilities. Each course features practical content, professional narration, and real-world knowledge checks to make sure key messages are being delivered and understood. All CIA courses can be completed in less than 20 minutes using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.

Individual access to each Compliance In Action course is just $19.00 for CWC member employees and $39.00 for non-member employees. Need to train hundreds or even thousands of employees enterprise-wide? Purchase an unlimited participant license for employees to take a CIA course hosted on your learning management system, which allows for tracking and reporting for compliance. Unlimited participant licenses are $5,000.00 per program for CWC members, and $12,500.00 for non-members. As an added membership benefit, CWC members pay no recurring licensing fees for as long as they remain members. The non-member licensing term is two years.

Individual access to each Compliance in Action bundled course is $89.00 for CWC member employees and $179.00 for non-member employees. Bundled courses meet the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit. Participants are also eligible for Professional Development Credits for SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
