Why do I have to login?

Login is required to access members-only content, purchase products, or register for events.

How do I login?

To login, click on the "Sign In" link in the top navigation bar of the cwc.org's homepage. Once on the Login page, enter your user name and password.

How do I know my user name?

Your cwc.org username and password are the same as your credentials for accessing the members-only content on the former Equal Employment Advisory Council website (eeac.org). EEAC is the former name of the Center for Workplace Compliance (CWC).

What if I've forgotten my username?

If you've forgotten your username, you can recover it using the recovery toolkit on the Login page by clicking "I don't know my username."

What if I've forgotten my password?

Your password is encrypted. It can be reset using the recovery toolkit on the Login page by clicking "I don't know my password."

What if I haven't been issued a username?

If you don't have a user name you can establish a new account by clicking the "create one now" link on the Login page. Use the email address linked to your organization to establish your account.

How do I create a new account?

To create a new account, click on the "Sign In" link in the top navigation bar of the homepage. Once on the Login page, click on the "create one now" link. Use the email address linked to your organization to establish your account.

How do I update my contact information once I have an account?

Once logged into cwc.org, you can make updates to your personal information including address, title, and phone number. To do this, click on "My Profile" located in the top navigation bar of the homepage.

What if I'm not a CWC member, do I still have to login?

Nonmembers are required to create a guest account to register for any conferences and training programs that are open to non-members, and to purchase products and services. Nonmembers do not have access to members-only content.

Can I login as a guest?

You can login as a guest by clicking the "sign on as a guest" link on the Login page.

How do I learn about CWC membership benefits and services?

To learn about CWC membership benefits and services, click on the Membership link from the main navigation bar of the homepage or call 202-629-5650.

How do I become a CWC member?

To become a CWC member, click on the Join CWC link from the Membership menu or call 202-629-5650.

I'm not a member and I don't want to create a guest account, can I still register for a training course or conference?

If you don't wish to create guest account but would like to register for a training course or conference, please call 202-629-5650.

Where do I find Memos Online?

Memos Online can be found under Publications in the main navigation bar. More than 5,000 prior EEAC/CWC memos can be found quickly and easily using our new search tool.

Where do I find Data Services?

Data Services – now called the CWC Data Center – can be found under Compliance Tools in the main navigation bar.
