In response to the widely reported allegations of sexual misconduct by notable figures and the growing influence of the #MeToo movement, lawmakers in multiple state and local jurisdictions have passed legislation requiring employers to train their employees on how to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. These laws typically require an employer to administer training to both supervisors and employees and require the employer to maintain proof of such training. CWC’s State Sexual Harassment Training Laws tool enables members to see various state requirements to better plan their human resources training.
Helps members locate which states require employers to conduct training related to sexual harassment.
