EEOC’s Guidance on DEI-Related Discrimination

The EEOC has published its first guidance on DEI-related discrimination in the workplace. In this roundtable, we’ll examine what the guidance says—and what it doesn’t say—and we’ll discuss the implications of the guidance in the context of the Trump Administration’s broader campaign against illegal-DEI practices.
