90 Days Later: Examining E.O. 14173 and What’s Next for OFCCP

On his first full day in office, President Trump signed E.O. 14173, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, which rescinded E.O. 11246 but permitted contractors to continue complying for 90 days. April 21, 2025, is the official deadline after which new OFCCP Director Catherine Eschbach intends to verify that federal contractors have “wound down” their E.O. 11246 affirmative action programs. This members-only roundtable will review CWC's “wind-down” guide and discuss what's next for OFCCP.
