CWC is pleased to announce that we will be holding a virtual 2025 Workplace Policy Conference on March 5-6, 2025. The conference will focus on the new risk landscape for compliance and equal employment opportunity programs in light of changing federal and state requirements. A major focus will be on the impact of President Trump’s Executive Order 14173, which rescinded Executive Order 11246 and its affirmative action requirements, and imposes new obligations on federal contractors and grant recipients. The conference will also focus on new and emerging state initiatives, including affirmative action, pay transparency, and divergent approaches to managing nondiscrimination programs. CWC’s policy conference provides a confidential setting in which you can engage with subject matter experts and your peers on the changing landscape of workplace compliance, enforcement, and risk management. Attendance is limited to CWC members and eligible non-members. Reserve your seat today.
