CWC’s Talent Acquisition Compliance Summit brings together recruiters, talent acquisition managers, compliance practitioners, and in-house employment counsel to discuss practical strategies for managing talent acquisition compliance requirements and risks. The summit covers the latest legal and regulatory compliance requirements affecting recruitment and selection, and provides a forum for attendees to network and discuss effective, real-world strategies for meeting today’s talent acquisition compliance challenges. The TACS Summit will begin at 9:00 AM ET on Thursday, September 21 and will wrap up at Noon ET on Friday, September 22.

SHRM and HRCI Credit

CWC, an approved SHRM recertification provider and HRCI approved provider, intends to submit this event for recertification credits.

CLE Credit

CWC intends to apply for CLE credit in select jurisdictions for the 2023 Policy Conference. In addition, attorneys in attendance may be eligible to receive CLE credit through reciprocity or attorney self-submission in other states.


CLE Financial Aid Policy – Illinois: CWC may, at its discretion, waive the course fee for any attorney, member or non-member, who wishes to attend an Association program, but for whom the cost would be a financial hardship. Attorneys who qualify will receive at least a 50% reduction in the course fee(s).
