EEOC charge handling and investigation procedures

Evaluating the charge form to develop a strong response plan

Planning and conducting effective internal investigations

Drafting factual and persuasive position statements

Differences between disparate treatment and disparate impact

Managing onsite investigations and interviews

Resolving follow-up questions and information requests

Investigation closures, resolution tactics, and potential remedies

Laptops or tablets are required to access program content on our Learning Management System.  


Certification

Many CWC courses have met HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval. CWC is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
