State AAP Requirements

Many state jurisdictions have affirmative action requirements for companies who do business with the state. While these sometimes parallel federal AAP requirements, there are often differences that could catch a state government contractor off guard. CWC's State AAP tool helps members quickly locate which jurisdictions have affirmative action requirements and determine what is expected of them when contracting with the state.
