Unpaid Family and Medical Leave

Several state jurisdictions have enacted legislation which restrains employers from prohibiting employees from discussing their wages and from taking adverse action against employees who do so. CWC's State Pay Secrecy Laws tool helps member to quickly identify which jurisdictions have enacted such legislation and what actions they are prohibited from undertaking.
