The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) Report on the EEOC’s
Recorded August 16, 2022 | A panel of the NAS has completed an analysis of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s collection of pay and hours worked data from employers. In this web workshop, CWC’s staff experts summarized the panel’s findings and its many recommendations that would be central to any future pay data collection efforts by the EEOC or Department of Labor. We also discussed important factors not considered by the panel and outlined possible next steps in employer pay data reporting.
