How Active Has OFCCP Been in Your Area and Industry?

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits and enforces compliance with the unique equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance requirements applicable to federal contractors. OFCCP carries out its mission primarily by conducting comprehensive audits of location-specific or functional affirmative action programs, the results of which are published by the agency each year. Our tool allows member-subscribers to research and graph more than 15 years of OFCCP audit trends by industry, region, and outcome. Features include:

  • Interactive graphs for charting and analyzing OFCCP audit trends and outcomes by industry and region
  • The ability to drill down into specific industries and regions for even more detailed audit trend and outcome data
  • Selectors for filtering by closure type, including financial agreements, consent decrees, non-financial conciliation agreements, and notices of compliance
  • Downloadable charts and graphs displaying long-term and recent audit trends and outcomes
