A New Resource for CWC Members

CWC is pleased to announce that, through our strategic partnership with Diversance, Inc., all CWC members now have access to a powerful new tool for finding, contacting, and even rating more than 6,000 affirmative action and diversity recruitment sources for women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Diversance’s Connect module is an interactive, map-based application designed and built for a single purpose: to help employers engage in the good-faith outreach and recruitment efforts that form the cornerstone of their affirmative action compliance and diversity programs.

While these programs have existed for decades, until now there hasn’t been an easy or cost-effective way for employers to connect their hiring managers, HR professionals, and recruiters with the local organizations that can help them find the qualified diverse candidates they’re looking for. Our partnership with Diversance changes that.

Beyond its powerful search, sort, and filtering features, the Diversance Connect module also allows users to rate and review recruitment sources, submit updates on sources that have moved, closed, or changed, and even suggest new sources that can be added to the platform. These crowdsourcing features will allow the Connect module to become the most accurate and up-to-date database of affirmative action and diversity recruitment partners anywhere. We are proud to be a part of this effort.

Perhaps best of all, as a Diversance launch partner, CWC members can access this cutting-edge technology at no cost. And there’s no limit to the number of CWC member accounts that can be created to use Diversance’s Connect module.
